Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #240 is a completely renovated - True Direct Oceanfront - Private End Unit Condo/Villa with the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer! Being an End Unit you have added privacy and a side window in the livingroom which has a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, including a pond and fountain. There are only three villas in the entire complex with this view! Breakers #240 is an ideal second floor condo, not too far up yet not too low that plantings obstruct you view. You have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really cannot get any closer, it is like being on the beach without leaving the villa! You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while relaxing on the sofa or making dinner. You can actually call the kids in off the beach from your own private balcony!!

We also own Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221 which has a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and pool. You will get to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. Breakers #221 is a completely renovated corner unit condo/villa and is also located on the ideal second floor, being a corner unit there is a side window in the livingroom. If you have children and they are old enough they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa. You can call them in from the pool from your own private balcony, so convenient. Our villas are not units that have the steps next to the balcony so you have added privacy.

Oceanfront Breakers #240 and #221 will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom (new mattress sets with visco memory foam) , a queen size sofa sleeper & loveseat in the living room & bunks in a hall alcove. The bunks are great when you have kids, you do not have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch tv or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. The bunks will also accommodate adults. There are TVs in the bedrooms. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained place to spend your vacation on Hilton Head Island look no further. Both our rental properties Breakers #240 and #221 were completely renovated and are in excellent condition. A few of the renovations include: Ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath. New: plush carpeting, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, stove top, microwave convection oven, full size refrigerator w/icemaker, washer, dryer and furniture. The bathrooms were also renovated!

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers, located on 4 North Forest Beach Drive, is a favorite spot for couples and small families. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach - you are already there; the ocean is right out the door! The Breakers is a small quiet complex, there are only 120 villas, perfect for a relaxing vacation. During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at "Coligny Plaza" there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.

We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our condos are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both units prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update Breakers #240 and #221 regularly. (The majority of our guest are repeat renters.) If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away!! Our weekly rates include arrival & departure cleaning fees, the only additional charge is the 10% occupancy tax.
