This generous two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps 6 (king size bed, queen size bed, and queen size sofa sleeper), equipped with 2 televisions, DVD player, Wi-FI, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and many more amenities. It`s fully furnished and nicely decorated, with beautiful appointments throughout its wonderful living space.
A 2nd-floor standing provides a lovely view overlooking the "Greg Norman Signature Golf Course" privately reserved for you and your guests. Barefoot Resort has three pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, and The Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse, casual sports bar and marina-side contemporary restaurant.
The resort condo community has tennis courts, golf, basketball, volleyball courts and its own private swimming pool. There you have lounge chairs, umbrella tables, bathrooms, vending machines and two BBQ grills.

NO SMOKING, PETS, or MOTORCYCLES
Renters must be 25 years or older. No one under the age of 25 can rent the condo.
Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeit the full amount of security deposit.
Parking: all vehicles are to be parked in parking area of condo, but never in the street/on the grass.
Trailers, Boats, and Campers are NOT to be parked on the premises at any time, (except for loading and unloading).
Roller Skating, Roller Blades, Skate Boards, Banana Boards are NOT permitted anywhere on the property as a safety precaution to the skater, pedestrians, children, automobiles, and other personal property.
Loud Noise excessive disturbing noises in and outside of condos that interfere with the rights and comforts of neighbors will NOT be allowed.
Motorcycles are NOT permitted on the property under any circumstances at any time by renters.
Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!! No renters are allowed to have pets. You will incur charges if evidence of pets is found in the unit, and asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments.
Grills-grilling or other forms of cooking are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in screened in porch or balconies. BQ Grills and picnic table are located outside of building.
Balconies/Screened in Porch-articles of clothing, linens, towels, etc. are NOT to be hung from the balconies or screened in porch.
NO-SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and anywhere on grounds. You will incur any charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in the unit, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Furniture: DO NOT under any circumstances, re-arrange furniture.
DO NOT leave sliding glass door open while air conditioner is running.
Departure housekeeping services; additional maid service is available upon request for an additional charge.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Checking in prior to 3 PM or checking out after 10 AM will result in forfeiting your security deposit.
Pool Passes: Guests MUST have an Amenities Pass in their possession when utilizing the parking, pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, gazebo, grills and picnic tables.
Note: All Amenities Passes (in the far left hand drawer of the kitchen) at departure. The Amenities Passes will be inventoried at each check-out. If all Condo Amenities Passes are not accounted for your security deposit will be forfeited.
KEYS: Keys must be received by owners within 3 business days of your departure, otherwise $50.00 late fee to be deducted from deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in. Failure to notify within this time period forfeits your deposit. There is a $75.00 administrative fee for all cancellations.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information:
$250 security deposit required for all reservations, and required at the time of booking. Balance due 4 weeks in advance of check-in date. Daily, and Weekly rates available.
Weekly rentals June, July and August (Sat - Sat).
(USD only) 4 Night Minimum Reservation.
Rental rates are subject to change, however existing reservations with prepayment are excluded. Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in. There is a $75.00 administrative fee for all cancellations; deducted from security deposit. Reservations ONLY for United States residents. Failure to notify within this time period forfeits your security deposit. We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks. We accept Visa and MC, Debit Cards via Pay Pal. Pay Pal transactions are subject to a 3% fee.
